We’re excited to announce a very special pop-up dinner on Saturday, August 16th!
Chefs Matt Corrente and Josh Turka, owner and butcher at 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions, are joining forces to present "Un Maiale in Giardino", a dinner celebrating modern Italian cuisine and the bounty of summer in Vermont. This one-of-a-kind experience will feature Josh's fresh and cured artisanal pork throughout a special menu highlighting the vibrant flavors of the season.
With a combined 40 years of culinary experience, Matt and Josh have honed their skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens across New England and Manhattan.
Seats are limited, so be sure to reserve yours soon!
These events are counter service (think Haymaker lunch service), where you will be seated at your table, given menus, and then you order at the counter and we will bring you your food. We will be serving a small curated menu which will feature appetizers, handmade pasta dishes, dessert, wine, beer and NA beverages. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate vegan folks this time around.
